To ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for both students and teachers, we operate with the following policy:

Payment Structure

Lessons are booked and paid for in advance on a termly basis. Each term consists of a set number of weekly lessons, agreed in advance. This guarantees a regular time slot with your teacher and ensures continuity in learning.

Payment must be made in full at the beginning of each term to secure your place.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests.

– Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: the lesson may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability.

– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: the full lesson fee will be charged.

Missed Lessons

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson without sufficient notice, the lesson will be considered as taken and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Teacher Cancellations

If a teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be arranged at a mutually convenient time or the lesson will be credited.

Holidays and Breaks

Term dates will be communicated in advance. Lessons do not take place during agreed breaks, and these are not charged.

Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.
